Over the past two decades, I’ve journeyed from faculty member to campus leader—opening a $40M Performing Arts Center, modernizing curriculum, forging international partnerships, and driving record enrollment. I’ve hired and developed 100+ faculty and staff, expanded diversity and talent, and built cultures where collaboration fuels results. Most important of all, I’ve learned how to build phenomenal teams—the kind that lead institutions into their next chapter.
